His purpose in teaching this course is to offer some basic strategies to help others build a strong drug-free workplace and provide information to establish a program and implement resources like an employee assistance program. This course is especially helpful to new employees and managers looking at ways to reduce risk within their organizations, and to coach them on how to handle incidents of substance abuse in the workplace.
