About the Instructor

Dexter Williams

Born and raised in Selma, Alabama. Dexter attended Alabama A&M University where he obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering. During college he fell in love with fitness and decided to become a certified fitness trainer. After training at a local Atlanta gym, Dexter realized his passion for helping people. He decided to obtain various OSHA certifications and started a career in the health and safety industry. 

Dexter has led health & safety programs in various industries, such as Nuclear Power Plants, the Cruise Line Industry, Warehousing, and EV Battery Manufacturing. In his spare time, he likes to workout, play sports, spend time with family and fly his drone.
